Phase 2 of this fantastic park is now well on the way and is ready for the first homes to be ordered and installed as soon as they are manufactured. It is expected that there will be 16 plots ready this year and are allocated on a first reserved basis.

The only thing you have to do is

We at Parque La Posada take care of all the rest.

Mains services are now connected to the 200 sq meter plots and the pads are ready to receive the new mobile homes. Each plot is then landscaped giving each home owner their privacy. Once landscaped they will have the look and feel of the homes already established on phase one pictured below

You will see from Phase 1 that Phase 2 will also enjoy the same security with street lighting and good access with tarmac roads. The whole site has a very spacious feel with the emphasis on enjoying a very relaxed lifestyle.
